The zirconia sintering furnace adopts the 1800℃ pure heating rod, which does not cause secondary pollution to the dental crown; the furnace adopts four-sided heating, which is more uniform than the traditional muffle furnace and crystallization furnace. The dental crown of the fired crown has better consistency. The double-layer liner structure is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The intelligent temperature control can store dozens of heating curves, and the temperature control is precise and fast. The lifting furnace is convenient for loading raw materials and removing finished products.
The B1700-12IT Zirconia Sintering Furnace is designed with a lifting-type chamber structure, featuring a silent lift mechanism that ensures both efficiency and quiet operation during processing. The chamber, measuring φ120x120mm, boasts a volume of 1.4L and is constructed with imported alumina fiber, guaranteeing optimal performance in dental crown sintering applications. Operating the furnace is made user-friendly through the inclusion of an HD full-color LCD touch screen, providing a seamless interface for precise control.
This furnace encompasses a single heating zone, utilizing four-sided heating to achieve uniform and consistent results throughout the sintering process. Temperature control is a standout feature, with a working range spanning from 0 to 1650℃ and a heating rate not exceeding 30℃/min. The temperature accuracy is meticulously maintained at ±1℃, and control is facilitated by a 50 Steps programmable and PID automatic control system. Employing a B-type thermal couple as the temperature measuring element, the furnace operates on a standard AC power supply of 220V at 50/60Hz.
