The High Vacuum Thermal Evaporation Coating Instrument is an advanced tool designed for precise and efficient coating processes. Employing a tungsten wire basket as the evaporation source, the instrument allows for adjustable distances between the sample table and the evaporation source. It excels in the steady evaporation of metals and specific organics within its high vacuum stainless steel chamber, ensuring excellent sealing and vacuum performance. Equipped with viewing windows for process observation, the chamber's molecular pump system achieves an ultimate vacuum of 10E-4Pa, enhancing coating quality and meeting the vacuum requirements for various evaporative coating experiments.
Operating on a single-phase AC220V, 50Hz supply voltage, the instrument features a 304 stainless steel cavity with electrolytic polishing, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. The spacious cavity, measuring Φ600mm in width and 500mm in height, accommodates diverse coating operations. The front-viewing window, with a φ100mm diameter, facilitates observation, and the front door-type opening mechanism allows easy access. Rewinding, with a Φ200mmx300mm configuration, offers adjustable speed (up to 60m/min) and tension control to meet specific coating needs.
This instrument includes a set of metal evaporation sources with an independent baffle for precise coating control. The evaporator, employing a Tungsten Boat, operates with an electrode voltage of 10V and a wire feed speed not exceeding 3m/min. The evaporation current is powered at 2KW, with a maximum current of 160A and an adjustment accuracy of 1A. The instrument's vacuum system integrates a bipolar rotary vane pump and a turbomolecular pump, achieving a vacuum level of 5.010-4Pa in less than 40 minutes. A composite vacuum gauge with a measuring range of 105Pa~10-5Pa ensures precise monitoring, and the instrument is controlled through a PLC automatic control system with a touch screen interface.
