The incorporation of a high-precision temperature automatic compensation system eliminates the impact of varying ambient temperatures on oxygen measurement accuracy. Calibration is made convenient with straightforward adjustments in the air, covering the entire measurement range.
Operating on the zirconia measuring principle, this transmitter provides highly accurate oxygen measurements without an integrated display. However, users have the option to add an external display module for convenient data visualization. The device supports a range selection, measuring 0 to 10/100/1000ppm, 1.00%, or 25.00% O2, with an impressive resolution of 0.1ppm. Measurement accuracy varies with the selected range, ensuring precision within specified limits. Repeatability is consistently maintained at less than or equal to ±1%, and the response time is remarkably fast with T90 less than 15 seconds.
The transmitter generates a 4-20mA DC analog output for seamless data transmission and features a programmable dry contact passive alarm output for alerting purposes. Supporting RS485 communication for interfacing with other systems, it operates on a wide range power supply, ensuring robust performance in the face of power fluctuations. The compact design, measuring 75mm in height, 162mm in width, and 29mm in depth, facilitates easy wall mounting. With a service life exceeding 5 years under normal conditions, the transmitter utilizes a Φ6 plastic tube quick screw for gas circuit connections, and installation is simplified through wall mounting for the transmitter and plug-in installation for the oxygen sensor probe, with a hole distance of 151mm for mounting.
