This product is a vacuum induction furnace with induction heating, and the melting temperature of the equipment can reach 2000℃. The induction furnace adopts a stainless steel water-cooled chamber and is equipped with a quartz observation window to observe the sample melting condition. It is suitable for sample melting and heat treatment, phase diagram research. 

 Product Description

The Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace, designed for high-temperature applications up to 2000℃, is a versatile and efficient equipment featuring advanced technical specifications. Operating with a power supply of 30KW at 380V and 3 phases with a frequency of 50Hz, this furnace offers a crucible capacity of 3Kg, making it suitable for melting various materials with precision control over alloy composition. The vacuum chamber, constructed from SS304 material, measures 500x500mm, providing ample space for diverse melting operations.

 

Equipped with a 220mm diameter heating coil and a height of 180mm, the furnace relies on a molecular pump to achieve an impressive vacuum level of 5.010E-6 mbar. The system can operate under protective atmospheres such as N2 and Ar, catering to specific processing requirements. Two glass window views allow operators to monitor the melting process, ensuring precision and control.

 

Temperature measurement is facilitated through infrared temperature measurement, ensuring accurate readings with a control accuracy of ±3℃. The furnace's temperature control is executed through PID control, with user-friendly operation facilitated by a PLC touch screen interface. To maintain optimal operating conditions, the furnace incorporates an integrated cold trap for efficient cooling.

 

The furnace's crucible is designed to tilt up to 95 degrees, enabling tilt casting applications for added flexibility. With overall dimensions of 1350x1100x1500mm and a chamber size measuring 500mm in diameter and 500mm in height, the equipment is compact yet robust. The package includes a molecular pump, ensuring that essential components are provided for efficient furnace operation.
