 Product Description

The IM400-L Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace stands as a powerful and versatile tool designed for laboratory research on metal samples, particularly for sample melting, heat treatment, and phase diagram research. This furnace operates on a high-frequency induction power supply, offering customizable power up to a maximum of 60KW. Its comprehensive functionality, coupled with its fast melting capabilities, user-friendly operation, and energy-efficient, environmentally friendly design, make it well-suited for various applications in the field.

Constructed with precision, the vacuum chamber of the furnace is made from stainless steel and employs a water-cooled design for efficient cooling during melting processes. The chamber boasts dimensions of φ400mm×400mm, featuring main and upper watch windows for convenient monitoring of operations. Additional accessories include an infrared temperature measurement window and a vacuum funnel. The lifting platform, offering a range of 0~40mm, and a flip handle facilitate seamless casting and sampling operations after melting.

The furnace's vacuum system, model GZK103-A, integrates a CF160 pumping interface and includes a 600 molecular pump and a rotary vane pump, ensuring effective vacuum operations. Vacuum measurement is facilitated by a compound vacuum gauge, achieving an ultimate vacuum of 1.0E-5Pa. The power supply operates on AC 220V 50/60Hz, and the pumping rate ensures a vacuum level of 1.0E-3Pa within just 20 minutes.

Equipped with both graphite and alumina crucibles, the furnace accommodates diverse melting needs. The graphite crucible has a maximum size of Φ60mm × 80mm, while the alumina crucible boasts a maximum size of Φ120mm×90mm. The furnace supports power input from either AC220V 50Hz or three-phase 380V, with overall dimensions of 1550mm×700mm×1400mm. With a total weight of 900kg, this furnace offers a robust and efficient solution for vacuum induction melting applications, ensuring precise control and high-quality results in metal sample research.
