 Product Description

1700℃ vacuum atmosphere furnace V1700-3IC adopts a double-layer air-cooled structure, high-purity polycrystalline alumina fiber makes the furnace chamber, and uses silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements to achieve rapid heating; equipped with a two stage rotary vane mechanical pump The vacuum pump group composed of diffusion pump can reach 6.5E-3Pa in cold state and 7E-2Pa when heated. The whole machine has reasonable structure, unique shape, simple operation and easy to learn. At present, the product has been ordered by many scientific research institutes, universities and research institutions at home and abroad. It is an ideal product for metal heat treatment, ceramic sintering, vacuum smelting, etc. The 1700℃ vacuum atmosphere furnace is equipped with the following technical specifications. It operates on a supply voltage of AC380V at a frequency of 50Hz, with a maximum power consumption of 7KW. The heating rate can reach a maximum of 20℃ per minute, with a recommended rate of 10℃ per minute for optimal performance. The operating temperature of the furnace has a maximum limit of 1700℃, while it can continuously work at temperatures up to 1600℃. Temperature control accuracy is maintained within ±1℃, with temperature monitoring achieved through a B-type thermocouple. Uniform temperature control within ±5℃ is ensured. The temperature control method is implemented using an AI-PID controller featuring a 30-segment process curve and the capacity to store multiple profiles. It includes protection mechanisms against overheating and thermocouple failures. The furnace chamber is constructed from a double-layer polycrystalline alumina ceramic fiber material. Atmosphere control is facilitated through a fine-tuning valve for gas intake, allowing the passage of inert gases such as Ar and N2. The vacuum system is a two-stage setup, combining a mechanical pump with a diffusion pump for enhanced vacuum performance. The furnace chamber dimensions measure 150mm x 150mm x 150mm, and sealing is achieved through an outer furnace door sealed with a sealing ring and an inner furnace door sealed with a concave-convex mechanism. The vacuum system incorporates a mechanical pump and a diffusion pump in a two-stage vacuum pump arrangement, reaching an ultimate vacuum level of 6.5x10-3Pa. The overall dimensions of the furnace unit are 1520mm x 1140mm x 1900mm, and it has a total weight of approximately 600kg.
