 Product Description

The Vacuum Arc Melting Furnace offered is a compact and efficient tool designed for laboratory research on small doses of metal samples. With tungsten electrodes and a water-cooled copper crucible, this furnace can achieve melting temperatures exceeding 3000℃, followed by rapid temperature reduction. The equipment features a stainless steel water-cooled chamber and a quartz observation window, allowing operators to observe the melting condition of samples, making it ideal for sample melting, heat treatment, and phase diagram research.

During the smelting process, metals are placed in the water-cooled copper crucible, and as per process requirements, the furnace can be filled with high-purity inert protective gas. The high-temperature plasma generated by the arc is then utilized to melt the metal. The multi-station copper crucible allows sequential smelting of various small metals, and a side control lever enables tilting and rotating metal ingots after smelting. The furnace also features a larger cavity for mixed alloy smelting, accommodating about 25g. Additionally, it is equipped with a vacuum suction casting mold that can be easily replaced, enabling vacuum suction casting for cylindrical metal samples, facilitating subsequent cutting, clamping, and analysis operations.

The Vacuum Arc Melting Furnace is equipped with various specifications for efficient operation. It can operate on either AC380V (three-phase) or AC220V, 50Hz power supply, with customizable power options. The stainless steel water-cooled chamber, electrodes, and copper crucible ensure effective cooling during melting processes. The chamber includes a 40mm observation window and features a water-cooled copper crucible with multiple cavities for versatile smelting applications. The furnace incorporates a vacuum system with a rotary vane pump, and users have the option to include a molecular pump set for enhanced performance. The overall dimensions make it a compact and versatile tool for various melting and casting applications in a laboratory setting.
