Packaged securely in a plywood carton for safe delivery, the GSL-1800X-ZF4 offers a cost-effective and dependable solution for laboratories seeking top-notch coating capabilities within an ultra-high vacuum environment. The coater's power requirements include an input of 208-240VAC, 20A, 50/60Hz, single phase, drawing a total power of 8KW, inclusive of the pump. The stainless steel vacuum chamber, with dimensions of 280mm inner diameter and 375mm height, has a 23-liter capacity. The sand-blasting electrolytic polishing surface, a 100mm observation window, and a hinged-type door for easy sample loading enhance the chamber's functionality. Manually operated shutters on each of the four evaporation W boats facilitate sequential evaporation of distinct materials, and four KF40 ports enable essential device connections. A high-speed turbo vacuum pump ensures efficient vacuum maintenance, reaching a vacuum level of 5.0x10-6Torr after 40 minutes of pumping, with a limit vacuum of 5.0x10-7Torr after baking at 100-150°C.
 

The coater is equipped with four tungsten heating boats supported by water-cooled electrodes, featuring manual operation shutters to prevent contamination. A 100mm diameter rotating sample holder with a 260mm diameter can be heated to a maximum of 600°C, offering precise temperature control through a digital temperature controller with ±1°C accuracy. The distance between the evaporation source and the sample holder is adjustable within a range of 150-300mm. An optional High-Resolution Film Thickness Monitor and Controller provide thickness control with an accuracy of 1.0Å. The coater's control unit, integrating vacuum, thickness, and power control, is conveniently separated from the vacuum chamber for mobility and placement on top of the vacuum station. With overall dimensions of L600mm x W860mm x H1500mm and a net weight of 600 kg, the GSL-1800X-ZF4 requires installation in a space exceeding 250 square feet, with a height exceeding 6 feet, power specifications of 208-240V AC, single phase, and a maximum of 10KW (50A breaker), along with a continuous water flow rate of over 15 liters per minute for electrode cooling. It comes with a two-year limited warranty, lifetime support, and CE certification for quality assurance.
