Trace oxygen analyzer
Trace oxygen analyzer can be widely applied in the online oxygen content analysis industries like the measurement of protection gas from high-temperature sintering furnace like magnetic material and brazing furnace, protection gas furnace for electronic-semiconductor and glasswork technique, etc. Trace oxygen analyzer adopt an unique protection air circuit which can protect the sensor efficiently and prevent the sensor from being exposed in the air for too long to affect its serving life. The imported fuel-cell oxygen sensor is with long serving life, a rapid response speed, high measurement accuracy and long calibration cycle for features, etc.
Product Description
The technical prowess of the trace oxygen analyzer is prominently featured in its advanced functionalities. Operating on the zirconium dioxide testing principles, the device incorporates a 128x64 matrix dot LCD display to deliver clear readings. Its testing range is impressively versatile, spanning from 0 to 10/100/1000ppm, 1.00%, and 25.00% O2, with a high resolution of 0.1ppm. Precision is a hallmark, with an accuracy of ≤±1% FS across the spectrum of 0-1000ppm, 1.00%, 10.00%, and 25.00%. Repeatability remains steadfast at ≤±1%, accompanied by a swift response time of T90≤30S. Output options abound, offering 4-20mA.DC and 0-10V.DC analog outputs, along with a programmable alarm output capable of handling a maximum load of 220VAC/2A.
Communication ports, supporting RS232 (default) and RS485, ensure seamless connectivity. Operating on AC85-264V at 50/60Hz, the device adeptly manages sample gas temperatures ranging from -10 to +50℃. The sampling method involves sample gas pass-in, maintaining a steady flow rate between 400 and 600ml/min, and an entrance pressure between 0.05Mpa and 0.35Mpa.
Switching to the micro-fuel cell testing principle, the trace oxygen analyzer continues its technical excellence, employing a 128x64 matrix dot LCD display. The testing range is preserved at 0 to 10/100/1000ppm, 1.00%, and 25.00% O2, with a commendable resolution of 0.1ppm. The accuracy of ≤±1% FS remains consistent for the range of 0-1000ppm, 1.00%, 10.00%, and 25.00%, and the repeatability holds at ≤±1%. Rapid response times, with T90≤60S, contribute to the efficiency of the device. Output options mirror its zirconium dioxide counterpart, providing 4-20mA.DC and 0-10V.DC analog outputs, as well as a programmable alarm output with a maximum load of 220VAC/2A.
Communication versatility is retained through RS232 (default) and RS485 ports. Operating on AC170-264V at 50/60Hz, the device accommodates sample gas temperatures from 0 to 50℃. The sampling method can be both pass-in and extraction, with a flow rate between 600 and 800ml/min. Entrance pressure is maintained under steady conditions, ranging from 0.05MPa to 0.35MPa. Background gases like He, H2, CO2, N2, and inactive gases find compatibility. The device's dimensions measure 177mm×251mm×343mm (H×W×D), with an installation hole cut of 179mm×213mm (H×W), ensuring a comprehensive solution for trace oxygen analysis in a frame mount installation.
