 Product Description

The O1200-100IIIT-R stands out as a versatile three-zone rotary tube furnace equipped with a feeder and receiving tank, facilitating a continuous powder processing system under an atmosphere protection environment. The feeder ensures a consistent powder feed rate into the furnace tube, allowing for continuous modification through the CVD method. Simultaneously, the receiving tank efficiently collects the processed powder in the protective atmosphere. Tailored for applications such as coating conductive layers on Lithium-ion battery cathode materials (e.g., LiFePO3, LiMnNiO3) and preparing Si/C anode materials through CVD, this furnace offers a comprehensive solution for advanced material processing.

 

Technical specifications for this innovative furnace include a maximum power of 4.5kW, featuring an outer stainless steel tube and an inner quartz tube with a diameter of 100mm (60mm at both ends and 100mm in the middle) and a total length of 1200mm. The heating zone, divided into three segments of 200mm each, is accompanied by an additional 200mm constant temperature zone. Operating within a temperature range of 0 to 1100℃, the furnace boasts a remarkable temperature control accuracy of ±1℃. With a choice between 30 or 50 segment program temperature control modes, the LCD display ensures user-friendly operation. The furnace is equipped with a 304 stainless steel vacuum flange, a 1/4" ferrule connector, and a KF16/25/40 joint flange interface. Vacuum operations reach an ultimate vacuum of 4.4E-3Pa, powered by AC 220V at 50/60Hz. Offering flexibility, the furnace can be inclined at angles from 0 to 15 degrees, with a variable rotating speed ranging from 0 to 20 rpm.

 

The gas supply system, Model 3F, incorporates a 3-channel gas channel with a gas float flow meter for precise measurement. The system accommodates gas channels A (0-100ml H2 gas), B (16-160ml N2 gas), and C (25-250ml Ar gas), with a measurement accuracy of ±2.0%. Robustly designed, the system withstands pipe pressures up to 3MPa, supporting a working pressure difference between 50 and 300KPa. Connecting pipes, constructed from 304 stainless steel, feature stainless steel needle valves, and a 1/4" ferrule connector manages gas inlet and outlet. The exhaust system, featuring a mechanical pump and rotary vane pump, achieves a pumping rate of 1.1L/s. The exhaust interface is a KF16 connection, with vacuum measurements facilitated using a resistance gauge, achieving an ultimate vacuum of 1.0E-1Pa. The power supply for the exhaust system is AC 220V at 50/60Hz, with a pumping interface featuring a KF16 connection, ensuring a robust and efficient operation.
