 Product Description

The Thermal Evaporation Carbon Coater is a sophisticated and versatile instrument designed for precise coating applications and research requirements. Its sleek design, with dimensions measuring 420mm in length, 330mm in depth, and 335mm in height, is complemented by a user-friendly interface featuring a color touch screen with digital display capabilities.
 

Utilizing high-purity carbon fiber (φ0.8mm) as its evaporator source, the coater is equipped with four such sources, allowing for efficient and flexible coating processes. It offers two distinct evaporator modes, namely continuous evaporation and pulse evaporation, catering to a diverse range of coating needs. The operational modes, Auto and Manual, provide users with customization options, while additional features such as preheat degassing and a degassing baffle enhance operational efficiency.
 

The coater's vacuum system is powered by a rotary pump with a pumping speed of 1.1L/s, and its vacuum chamber, constructed from borosilicate glass (φ170×130mm), ensures reliable and consistent performance. Achieving an impressive vacuum level with the best vacuum of ≤1Pa and an operating vacuum of ≤2Pa, the coater operates on an AC220V/50Hz power supply with a rated power of 800W.
 

Moreover, the coater incorporates an automated system for detecting the on-off state of the four carbon fiber rods, providing real-time information on the main interface. To ensure safe and reliable operation, the coater is equipped with various protection mechanisms, including vacuum protection, over-current protection, and over-voltage protection. Real-time curve graph displays for vacuum, current, and voltage further enhance the user experience.
 

For enhanced functionality, optional features such as TMP (High Vacuum Mode), thickness gauge, temperature measurement, and more are available, making the Thermal Evaporation Carbon Coater an adaptable and efficient solution for a wide range of coating applications and research needs.
