The split-type flue oxygen analyzer stands out as a sophisticated instrument, combining precision and user-friendly features for accurate measurements. One of its key attributes is the temperature auto-compensation system, ensuring high accuracy by mitigating the impact of environmental temperature variations on measurements. This results in dependable and stable readings, providing users with confidence in the analyzer's performance. Its measurement range is versatile, automatically adjusting from 0 to 40.00% O2, catering to the demands of oxygen-enriched combustion applications. Users can define upper and lower concentration limits, enabling a customized 4-20mA analog output for enhanced precision.

 

Facilitating seamless interaction, the analyzer supports one-way or two-way communication with computers through its communication port, allowing for convenient data transfer and remote monitoring. The advanced calibration function streamlines the calibration process, enabling users to perform online calibrations effortlessly, enhancing overall measurement accuracy and reliability.

 

Operating on the zirconia measurement principle, the analyzer features a 4-bit LED display for clear and accurate readings. The standard test range covers 0 to 10 or 25.00% O2, with the flexibility to expand to 40.00% O2 for scenarios involving oxygen-enriched combustion. With a remarkable resolution of 0.01% and accuracy levels maintained at ≤±1.5% FS, the analyzer ensures dependable and precise results. Its rapid response time of T90≤30 seconds further contributes to timely measurements.

 

Equipped with multiple analog output options, including 4-20mA.DC and 0-5V.DC, the analyzer provides adaptability for various systems. It features a one-way programmable alarm output with a dry contact type, accommodating a maximum load capacity of 220VAC/2A. Two communication ports, RS232 (default) or RS485, enhance connectivity options for external systems. Calibration is simplified with an online one-point calibration mode.

 

The analyzer operates on AC220V±10%, 50/60Hz power supply, ensuring consistent performance within a temperature range of -10 to +50℃ for the gauge and various temperature ranges for the probe based on its type. Installation options include inserting mount and DN65 standard flange for the probe, with wall-mounting for the gauge. A standard 8-meter cable connects the components, and the probe's length, typically 1 meter, can be customized. Demonstrating a service life of over 3 years under normal operating conditions, the split-type flue oxygen analyzer is a reliable and versatile tool for precise measurements.
