In terms of specifications, the pump is classified as Class I, CF (Cardiac Floating), and holds an IP24 rating for water and moisture resistance. With its cover, the dimensions measure 400mm (L) x 90mm (W) x 120mm (H), and without the cover, the dimensions are 235mm (L) x 90mm (W) x 120mm (H). The weight of the infusion pump is approximately 1.7kg.
Product Description
The infusion pump is equipped with a 4.3-inch LCD color touch screen, designed for user interface and monitoring purposes. It accommodates syringe sizes ranging from 2ml to 50/60ml and operates as an open system with automatic recognition of syringe brands and sizes post-calibration. Offering diverse infusion modes, such as ml/h (encompassing Rate mode, Time mode), body weight-based dosing, TIVA (Total Intravenous Anesthesia), loading-dose, ramp up/down, sequence, and Drug Library mode, the pump maintains high accuracy at ±2%.
The adjustable flow rate spans from 0.01 to 1500ml/h, with a minimum increment of 0.01ml/h, ensuring precise control over the infusion process. Volume To Be Infused (VTBI) can be configured within the range of 0 to 9999 ml, while the Keep Vein Open (KVO) feature is adjustable from 0.01 to 5ml/h. Bolus infusion is supported, with a rate range from 0.1 to 1500ml/h, providing both automatic and manual bolus options. A selectable occlusion level offers flexibility with 12 different levels.
Connectivity is facilitated through a MINI USB interface, with an option for WiFi connectivity. The Total Intravenous Anesthesia (TCI) function is available as an optional feature. Comprehensive alarm notifications cover various scenarios such as VTBI infused, syringe empty, pressure high, battery empty, check syringe, KVO finished, VTBI near end, syringe near empty, battery near empty, reminder alarm, no power supply, and system error. These features ensure a versatile and reliable infusion pump system for medical applications.
Additionally, the infusion pump boasts special features, including titration for adjusting infusion flow rates without interruption, Last Therapy for storing previous therapy information, and support for a Drug Library with a capacity for 2000 drugs. The Anti-Bolus function reduces line pressure after an occlusion, while the Purge capability eliminates air bubbles for accurate drug delivery. A Screen Lock feature prevents misoperation, and Standby Mode allows for an adjustable standby time. Optional Relay Mode coordinates multiple pumps, and Micro Mode limits the maximum infusion rate for added patient safety.
The Dynamic Pressure System (DPS) provides real-time pressure display, and the pump allows adjustable screen brightness and alarm volume. It maintains a History Record with over 5000 entries for thorough record-keeping. Power options include compatibility with AC power (110V-240V at 50/60Hz), external DC power (12V), and a Lithium Polymer battery (11.1V, 2600mAh) offering over 12 hours of operating time at 5ml/h, with less than 5 hours for a full charge.
