Product Description
The IM315-S small vacuum induction furnace is meticulously designed for laboratory research on small-dose metal samples, offering versatility in applications such as sample melting, heat treatment, and phase diagram research. Operating on high-frequency induction power, this furnace presents customizable power options, with the flexibility to choose between AC220V with a 15KW capacity or three-phase 380V with a 25KW capacity. Its stainless steel vacuum chamber incorporates a comprehensive water-cooled system, covering the electrode, chamber, and mold, ensuring efficient cooling during the melting process. The chamber's dimensions of φ360mm×350mm feature a main watch window (φ190mm), an upper watch window (φ45mm), and a mold window (φ80mm) for convenient monitoring of operations.
To enhance operational flexibility, the furnace is equipped with a lifting platform offering a 0~40mm lifting range. The water-cooled interface, featuring a Φ8mm quick plug interface, facilitates efficient cooling, while the inclusion of a vacuum funnel adds to its functionality. The vacuum system, utilizing model GZK103-A, integrates a CF160 pumping interface and includes a 600 molecular pump and a rotary vane pump for effective vacuum operations. The compound vacuum gauge ensures accurate vacuum measurement, achieving an ultimate vacuum of 1.0E-5Pa. The furnace's power supply operates on AC 220V 50/60Hz, with a pumping rate that reaches 1.0E-3Pa in just 20 minutes.
For melting purposes, the furnace provides both graphite and alumina crucibles. The graphite crucible measures Φ30mm × 85mm, while the alumina crucible is φ44mm × 90mm. The equipment's overall dimensions are 1000mm × 600mm × 1200mm, offering versatility in small-scale applications. The total power consumption varies based on the chosen power supply, with options for 18KW or 28KW. Weighing a total of 600kg, this small vacuum induction furnace combines efficiency and adaptability, catering to the diverse needs of laboratory research on small quantities of metal samples.
