EVP180G-GLV can be used for vacuum evaporation deposition coating and the coating current can reach up to 100A. This type of small evaporation coating instrument has a wide range of applications and can prepare various metal thin films and some non-metal thin films, so it is widely used in electrodes and organic light emitting LED preparation.

 Product Description

The compact and versatile small thermal evaporator detailed here serves as a highly adaptable instrument for vacuum evaporation deposition coating, accommodating coating currents of up to 100A. Its extensive range of applications extends to the creation of diverse metal and non-metal thin films, making it particularly valuable for tasks such as electrode fabrication and the production of organic light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Designed specifically for glove box applications, this evaporation coating device offers space-saving advantages in laboratory settings, coupled with user-friendly operation and adaptability to various materials, positioning it as an ideal choice for laboratory procurement.

Key features of this thermal evaporation coating machine include a quartz chamber that facilitates convenient sample placement and easy cleaning. The heating source, comprising a tungsten wire basket or tungsten boat, can achieve temperatures as high as 1700℃. The vacuum chamber is designed to accommodate inert gas for chamber cleaning or reactive gas for specialized reactive evaporation coating processes. The instrument's versatility is further enhanced by a needle valve at the air inlet, enabling precise adjustment of airflow to meet different coating requirements.

Operating at a supply voltage of AC220V with a frequency of 60Hz, the equipment provides a maximum power of 1000W for its various processes. The sample stage, featuring a diameter of φ60mm, and the quartz chamber, with outer dimensions of φ180mm and inner dimensions of φ166mm and a height of 100mm, contribute to the compact design tailored for laboratory use. Utilizing a tungsten basket or tungsten boat as the evaporation source, the equipment achieves a maximum temperature of 1700℃. A B-type thermocouple within a working temperature range of 200℃ to 1500℃ ensures precise temperature control. Vacuum measurement is facilitated by a resistance-type vacuum gauge, with a KF16 vacuum interface and φ6.35mm bite-type fittings for the inlet interface. It's important to note that the vacuum pump is not included and must be provided by the customer. With dimensions measuring 330mm in width, 250mm in depth, and 580mm in height, this small thermal evaporator stands as a comprehensive solution for laboratory evaporation coating needs.
