Introducing our cutting-edge small program-controlled induction melting furnace, a sophisticated piece of equipment designed for precision in melting and sintering new metallic alloys with a melting point below 1700℃, under either vacuum or protective gas environments. The furnace boasts a maximum power of 15KW and is equipped with essential components such as a quartz tube (100mm diameter), stainless steel flange, corundum crucible, vacuum pump, water chiller, and gas flowmeter.
 

For optimal performance, the installation conditions mandate a self-circulating cooling water machine filled with pure or deionized water, an AC380V 50Hz power supply with a 63A air switch, and proper grounding. Additionally, users are required to supply argon gas (99.99% purity or higher) with a Ø6mm double ferrule joint, and a robust workbench measuring 1500mm × 600mm × 700mm, capable of bearing more than 200kg.
 

Key features include high-purity alumina fiber refractory bricks, offering resistance up to 1800℃ to support the corundum crucible and prevent heat radiation. The furnace is equipped with an automatic water pressure, overheating alarm, and high-power protection system. The temperature controller utilizes the PID method, facilitating the setting of a 30-stage lifting and lowering temperature program, with added functions for overheating and break protection.
 

In terms of technical specifications, the middle-frequency induction heating furnace operates on three-phase AC 380V 50Hz with an input power of 15kW. The induction coil specifications are finely adjustable, with an outer diameter of Ø120mm, inner diameter of Ø110mm, and height of 50mm. The temperature controller, operating on AC208V-240V single-phase power, offers a temperature control accuracy of ±5°C, with continuous operation within the temperature range of 1000°C-1700°C.
 

The equipment includes a corundum crucible supporting up to 100g of metal, a quartz tube with outer diameter Ø100mm, inner diameter Ø92mm, and length 355mm, featuring top and bottom flanges for various interfaces. The water chiller maintains a temperature between 5°C and 30°C, with a water flow rate of 16L/minute and a 12L stainless steel water tank capacity. The vacuum pump operates on AC208V-240V single-phase power with a pumping rate of 1.1L/s and an ultimate vacuum of 1E-2torr.

 

Users are advised to take precautions, including wearing a protective mask, conducting smelting under flowing argon with specific pressure and flow rate requirements, and monitoring the air pressure in the quartz tube to prevent damage or personal injury.
