This high-temperature tube furnace is engineered with a versatile set of features to accommodate diverse laboratory applications. Noteworthy for its rapid heating and cooling capabilities, boasting a maximum heating rate of 0-100°C per minute, it ensures efficient and swift experimentation and testing processes. Its adaptability shines through as it is well-suited for various functions, including CVD experiments, graphene growth, crystalline silicon substrate coating, and more. Users have the option to choose between an LED display or an LCD touchscreen for convenient control and real-time monitoring. The slide-type design enhances user flexibility, allowing for manual or electric sliding. Further expanding its utility, the furnace seamlessly connects to a vacuum pump and an atmospheric furnace, catering to different research and development scenarios.

 

The T1200-80IC tube furnace stands out as a highly capable device with key specifications. Operating effectively within a maximum temperature limit of 1200°C, it offers precise temperature control with an adjustable heating rate ranging from 0 to 20°C per minute. Featuring a single temperature zone with a heated length of 440mm, the furnace is constructed with a high-purity Al2O3 insulation chamber, ensuring excellent temperature uniformity. Cooling fans at the bottom enhance ventilation, and the furnace chamber is made of alumina fiber. Stainless steel flanges with sliding flange assembly facilitate secure connections. The furnace employs an imported alloy heating wire and a K-type thermocouple. With a power rating of 1.5 kW, temperature control is achieved through PID automatic control via SCR power control. The system incorporates three precision mass flow meters with digital displays, providing accurate gas flow control for various gases. Each gas channel is equipped with a stainless steel needle valve for easy on/off control, and the flow rate can be adjusted directly from the MFC panel. The vacuum pump and valve system boast a pumping rate of 8m³/h at 50Hz and 9.6m³/h at 60Hz, maintaining a vacuum degree of 10Pa. Operating within a wide voltage range, the furnace supports AC110-480V at 50/60 Hz, ensuring adaptability across different power configurations.
