Product Description
The vacuum glove box's box chamber boasts dimensions of 1200mm (L) x 900mm (H) x 1000mm (W) and is constructed from robust 3mm thick 304 stainless steel material, ensuring durability and reliability. It is equipped with a 3μM filter for precise particle control and features 0.4mm thick butyl gloves with an 8-inch glove mouth. These gloves are made from hard aluminum alloy with anti-corrosion treatment and anodized aluminum, offering excellent resistance. The chamber includes an inclined operating surface and a detachable 8mm safety tempered glass front window, characterized by wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and excellent light transmission. Furthermore, it is designed for a working pressure range of -10mbar to +10mbar and features anti-reflection lighting energy-saving lamps for enhanced visibility. Power is supplied at 220V ± 10% 50Hz ± 10%, utilizing a multi-hole power terminal block, and includes a two-layer display board.
The transition chamber, connected with the glove box and equipped with valve control, is cylindrical and constructed from 304 stainless steel. It consists of both large and small chambers. The large chamber measures φ360mm *L600mm and features a piston door, sliding tray, polishing, and automatic valve control for air extraction and replenishment. The small chamber measures φ150 mm *L300 mm and employs manual valve control for air extraction and replenishment. It is equipped with a stainless steel tray measuring 300mm × 450mm, which allows for flexible extensions in the large transition cabin configuration. The vacuum degree in both the large and small chambers is ≤1bar.
The vacuum glove box's control system is equipped with various intelligent features, including self-diagnosis, power-off, and self-starting functions, along with pressure control and self-adaptive capabilities. It operates in automatic control mode, features cycle control, and offers password protection. The vacuum chamber control employs an LCD display for user convenience, while the unit control is managed through a Siemens PLC touch screen. Pressure control is utilized to maintain specific pressure levels within the box and transition cabin, ensuring precise environmental control. Additionally, a foot pedal is integrated into the system, facilitating easy pressure adjustment within the glove box.
