This specialized system features a compact design with dimensions of Φ15mmx245mm and offers versatile winding speeds ranging from 1 to 300 revolutions per minute (r/min). Equipped with a high-quality magnetron sputtering head featuring two efficient 2-inch heads, both cooled through a water cooling system, this mechanism ensures optimal performance.
The accompanying vacuum chamber, constructed from durable Stainless Steel 304, boasts a substantial cavity size of Φ213mm X 307mm. It incorporates a φ80mm observation window, providing convenient visibility, and adopts a top and left opening design for easy access and cleaning. The power configuration includes a set of DC power supplies with an output power of ≤300W, featuring an automated matching system for enhanced efficiency. The cooling system, equipped with a 9L tank volume and a flow rate of 10L/min, ensures consistent temperature control during operations.
The air supply system, manually controlled through a micro-control valve, adds to the system's flexibility. The vacuum system is robust, featuring a bipolar Rotary Vane Pump as the foreline pump with a pumping speed of 1.1L/s, and a high-performance Turbomolecular pump as the secondary pump with an impressive pumping speed of 60L/s. The system's air outlet specifications include ISO63 for the foreline pump and KF16 for the secondary pump. Additionally, precise monitoring is ensured through the Compound Vacuum Gauge.
Operating efficiently on AC220V and 50Hz, the Wire Winding Mechanism offers a total power consumption of 2kW, making it a reliable and capable solution for wire winding tasks.
