The Spraying Head (Needle) and Supporting Stand, featuring adjustable height and position, support up to five removable Spraying Heads with minimal jet repulsion between needles. The High Voltage Power Supply, offering a 0-50 kV single output, includes digital displays for voltage and current, with adjustable settings through front panel knobs. Operating in both constant current and constant voltage modes, it ensures a stable electrospinning environment.

 

The Syringe Pump, controlled by an LCD touch screen, facilitates precise solution feeding with a wide pumping rate range and micro-speed adjustments. The Heatable Vacuum Bed, equipped with a PID temperature controller, enables solution drying with a precision of ±1℃ and a maximum temperature of 100℃. The entire system is compact, accommodating substrates up to 200mm in width. The Roll to Roll System includes motor RPM control, gear head reduction, and variable substrate traverse speeds, ensuring flexibility in electrospinning parameters.
