The Rocking Tube Furnace with Quartz Tube & Vacuum Flange stands out with its robust design, emphasizing energy efficiency. Its sturdy structure incorporates a high-purity Al2O3 fibrous insulation liner and adjustable-height stainless steel shells, ensuring both durability and adaptability. Powered by a single-phase AC supply of 220V, this furnace demonstrates exceptional performance with a maximum temperature capability of 1400°C for short-duration applications (less than 1 hour), while maintaining a continuous working temperature of 1300°C. The furnace achieves a maximum heating rate of 10°C per minute, ensuring rapid and efficient thermal processing.
The heating zone is intelligently divided into two segments, featuring a 12" (300mm) heating zone length and a constant temperature zone of 3.1" (80mm). Temperature control is precise and automated through a PID automatic control system with an auto-tune function, offering 30 programmable segments for meticulous thermal processing. To enhance operational safety, the furnace is equipped with built-in protection mechanisms to prevent overheating and detect broken thermocouples. Temperature accuracy is maintained at +/- 1°C, facilitated by the use of an S-type thermocouple.
The processing tube, constructed from premier-grade alumina tubes with a 2-inch outer diameter, ensures a reliable and durable environment for thermal processes. Two fibrous ceramic tube blocks are thoughtfully included to block heat radiation generated from the tube center, contributing to efficient and controlled processing conditions. The system is further equipped with a 2" vacuum flange set, complemented by two fibrous ceramic tube blocks to prevent heat radiation from the tube center.
