Purity oxygen analyzer

SKU: MND-134526

Purity oxygen analyzer can be widely applied in the purity oxygen real-time analysis in the industries like large-scale air separation for purity oxygen, medical or industrial oxygenerator, smelting industry, medical treatment, petrochemical engineering, environment protection and electronic power, etc. Purity oxygen analyzer uses an imported limiting current sensor with a rapid response speed, high accuracy and long calibration cycle for features. The frame mount installation mode makes it simple and convenient to install.

 Product Description

The Purity oxygen analyzer stands out with a range of distinctive features that contribute to its versatility and precision. Operating independently of a reference gas, it remains resilient to atmospheric oxygen purity variations, ensuring consistent and accurate measurements in diverse environments. The inclusion of compensation and sensor protection functions enables reliable performance even in scenarios with exceptionally high oxygen purity (up to 99.99%), without compromising sensor longevity. This design ensures the analyzer's consistent usability across a wide range of applications.

The addition of temperature compensation further enhances accuracy by mitigating errors introduced by variations in sample gas flow, underscoring the precision of its results. To address the impact of atmospheric pressure changes, an altitude measurement module can be integrated, maintaining measurement precision in environments with fluctuating atmospheric pressure. The user-friendly nature of the Purity oxygen analyzer is evident in its streamlined calibration process, requiring calibration at a single random point across its entire measurement range, making it a convenient tool for a multitude of applications.

Technically, the Purity oxygen analyzer operates on the ion current principle, specifically the limiting current, displaying readings through a 4-bit LED display. It boasts a testing range of 10.00% to 99.99% O2 with an impressive resolution of 0.01%. Its accuracy is exceptional, with deviations of ≤±1%FS, and repeatability is within the ±1% range. The analyzer exhibits a rapid response time with a T90 of 30 seconds or less. Output options include a 4 to 20mA DC analog output for non-isolated characteristics and a 0 to 5V DC analog output. Additionally, it features a programmable alarm output (dry contact type) with a maximum load of 220VAC/2A.

For communication, users can choose between RS232 or RS485 ports. The analyzer is adaptable to various power supplies, operating within the AC85 to 264V range at 50/60Hz. Employing a sample gas pass-in sampling mode, it handles sample gas temperatures from -10 to +50°C, with a flow rate between 300 to 600ml/min and a pressure range of 0.05Mpa to 0.35Mpa within a steady pressure environment. Commonly using N2 and other inactive gases as background gases, the physical dimensions are 110mm x 190mm x 235mm (H x W x D), requiring a hole cut of 90mm x 170mm (H x W) for installation. The analyzer's service life varies by type, with Type C offering more than 5 years and Type D providing over 3 years under normal usage conditions. The gas circuit port features a Φ6 plastic pipe junction with the built-in sensor, and it is typically installed through frame mounting, collectively defining the Purity oxygen analyzer's comprehensive capabilities and specifications.
