The Proportional Valve Oxygen Concentration Controller is designed with user convenience in mind, featuring a user-friendly interface equipped with buttons and an OLED display screen for effortless parameter adjustments. Its connectivity to a computer through RS232/RS485 serial ports facilitates real-time data upload, control output, and flexible instrument parameter configuration using compatible software. This allows seamless adaptation to changing input signals from oxygen analyzers and other media analyzers, enabling device upgrades and reconfigurations without complexity. Notably, when utilizing the original analyzer's output signal, the controller efficiently provides a set of output signals simultaneously, mirroring the input signal type, without requiring additional resources.
Operational accuracy is a key strength, with the unit automatically shifting its display to parts per million (ppm) when the concentration falls below 1%. This feature ensures precise control, minimizing fluctuations and optimizing gas consumption, making it an ideal solution for oxygen concentration control. Operating on a PID control principle and featuring a 128x64 matrix dot OLED display, the controller is versatile, controlling various media, including purity nitrogen and inactive gases. The test range spans from 0 to 1000ppm or 5000ppm or 25.00% O2 with an exceptional control accuracy of ideally ±50ppm. The controller offers flexible control cycles, ranging from 0.1 to 100 seconds. Input and output ports support 0-10V, 0-5V, or 4-20mA.DC signals, with interior and input ports operating in parallel. Communication options include RS232 (default) or RS485, with selectable baud rates of 4800, 9600, or 19200.
The controller is compatible with a broad range of power supplies, accepting input from 85VAC to 265VAC at 50/60Hz. It operates effectively in an environmental temperature range of -10°C to +60°C, maintaining operational reliability in environments with humidity levels below 80% RH. Compact in size, with dimensions of 115mm in height, 185mm in width, and 195mm in depth, it is suitable for wall mount installation in a chassis measuring 173mm in width and 120mm in depth.
