Anchored by an imported built-in full-compensating capacitive gas sensor with high performance, the analyzer ensures accurate measurements and rapid response times. An innovative sensor protection function enhances the analyzer's efficiency, contributing to improved response speed. The device facilitates convenient data management with an automatic data storage function, allowing users to review historical data at their convenience.
Equipped with a built-in large-capacity lithium battery, the analyzer supports continuous operation for extended periods. The insert mode variant offers a remarkable month-long usage on a single charge, while the version with a built-in sampling pump sustains continuous operation for 20 hours per charge. An optional built-in extraction pump enhances flexibility. Operating on the thin-film capacitor testing principle, the Portable Dew Point Analyzer boasts a user-friendly 128×64 matrix dot LCD display. It offers diverse test range configurations, accommodating a basic range of -60 to +20℃, a standard range from -80 to +20℃, and an expansive range from -100 to +20℃. The device achieves a high resolution of 0.1℃ and maintains accuracy within ±2℃, with repeatability not exceeding ±1.5℃. Impressive stabilization performance ensures deviations within ±1.0% FS over 7 days.
The analyzer's response time is temperature-dependent, responding swiftly within 5 to 10 seconds for transitions between -40°C to -10°C and 15 to 240 seconds for shifts between -10°C to -40°C. Operational conditions span from -10 to +50℃, with the flexibility to sample gas through pass-in or extraction methods at a flow rate of 2 to 4 liters per minute. The device accommodates both pump and non-pump configurations, supporting micro-positive pressure, micro-negative pressure, or ordinary pressure as needed. Compatible background gases include He, H2, CO2, N2, and other inactive gases.
With compact dimensions measuring 155mm in height, 260mm in width, and 340mm in depth, and a service life exceeding 48 months under normal use, the Portable Dew Point Analyzer offers reliable and enduring performance. Gas circuit ports feature NPT 1/8 internal threads, and with its versatile power acceptance (AC220V±10% at 50/60Hz, transformed to D12V 2.5A), the device is designed for portable charging, making it an adaptable and efficient tool for dew point analysis across diverse applications.
