The vacuum degree is adjustable, ranging from 10-100Pa, with the option to equip it with a mechanical pump for higher vacuum levels or a turbo pump system for more demanding requirements. For precise gas control, it offers two-way float flow gas control, adjustable from 10-100ml/min. Control modes include PLC touch panel program control, offering both Auto and Manual modes for flexibility in operation. The inner chamber size is constructed from stainless steel and measures Φ 100270mm. If larger chamber capacity is needed, optional sizes include Φ 150270mm (5L capacity) and 200200260mm (10L capacity). A simple digital pressure gauge is included for pressure reading, with the option to select a digital vacuum gauge for high-precision vacuum measurements.
