Online trace oxygen analyzer

SKU: MND-134523

Online trace oxygen analyzer can be widely applied in the online measurement and analysis of oxygen concentration in industries like air separation for producing N2 , smelting industry, medical treatment and electronic power, etc. Online trace oxygen analyzer can work in the air for a long period without damaging the serving life. Built-in function of temperature compensation could reduce the influence from the changes of environment temperature on the measured accuracy. The new-type longevous zirconia detector is with no power on no consumption, high accuracy, a rapid response speed and high sensitivity for features, etc.

 Product Description

The online trace oxygen analyzer stands out for its precision in oxygen analysis, offering a swift response with a minimum measurable unit of 0.1ppm for quick and accurate results. A distinctive feature is its automatic data storage capability, allowing users easy access to historical data. The analyzer utilizes a big screen sketch point display mode, presenting parameters like oxygen concentration, date, and time simultaneously, ensuring comprehensive data visibility. Users can set upper and lower alarm limits across the entire measurement range, enhancing control and safety. Facilitating seamless data exchange, the analyzer includes a standard RS232 (default) communication port, with an optional RS485 port for bidirectional communication with a computer, making it a valuable tool for precise oxygen measurements and efficient data management.

Examining the technical parameters, the online trace oxygen analyzer operates on the zirconium dioxide testing principle, featuring a clear 128x64 matrix dot LCD display mode. With a versatile testing range from 0 to 10/100/1000ppm, 1.00%, and 25.00% O2, and an impressive resolution of 0.1ppm, the analyzer ensures precise measurements. Its accuracy remains within ±1% FS for the 0-1000ppm, 1.00%, 10.00%, and 25.00% range, and repeatability is maintained within ±1%, with a swift response time of T90≤30S. Offering analog output options like 4-20mA.DC and 0-10V.DC, along with a programmable alarm output supporting a maximum load of 220VAC/2A, the analyzer is adaptable to various configurations.

Communication is supported through RS232 (default) or optional RS485 ports, accommodating diverse user preferences. Powered by AC85-264V at 50/60Hz, it operates with sample gas temperatures ranging from -10 to +50℃, utilizing a sample gas pass-in method. The sample gas flow rate is set between 400 and 600ml/min, with an entrance pressure between 0.05Mpa and 0.35Mpa under steady pressure conditions. Operating with background gases like N2 and inactive gases, the analyzer's dimensions measure 155mm×155mm×290mm (H×W×D), requiring an installation hole cut of 135mm×135mm (H×W). With a service life exceeding four years under normal use, it provides longevity and reliability. The gas circuit port features NPT 1/8 internal threads, and the preferred installation mode is frame mount.
