The imported built-in sampling pump has long serving life and is reliable for working.

 Product Description

The Online Close-Loop Control Oxygen Analyzer offers a comprehensive array of features that elevate its functionality. Streamlining the calibration process with a one-point calibration in the air, it ensures precise measurements across a broad ppm to % range. Designed for reliability, the analyzer automatically shuts off the sampling pump in case of gas circuit faults, featuring gas circuit blocking alarms and self-protection mechanisms. This extends the service life of both the sampling pump and sensor. With a wide-ranging power supply capability, it adapts seamlessly to diverse environments, eliminating the need for a reference gas and remaining unaffected by surrounding oxygen concentration levels.

The analyzer facilitates robust communication through RS232 (default) and optional RS485 bidirectional communication, enabling one-way or bidirectional communication with an upper computer. It offers automatic control of oxygen concentration within a gas protection furnace, swiftly responding to ensure safety. The compensation for control errors due to pressure and temperature variations in the protection air source enhances overall system stability. With a self-setting PID parameters function, users can easily configure optimal PID controlling parameters, automating accurate oxygen concentration control. The flow measurement function provides instantaneous data collection, cumulative flow display, calculation, storage (at 10-minute intervals), and menu-clear functions, primarily utilized for nitrogen flow control in SMT main roads to maintain desired oxygen concentration in the core temperature zone. Additionally, the analyzer features proportional valve inlet and outlet pressure detection, enhancing its control capabilities. The bypass protection function automatically activates the bypass solenoid valve in case of proportional valve failure, ensuring a continuous flow of shielding gas into the atmosphere protection furnace, minimizing manual intervention.

For advanced functionality, the analyzer seamlessly integrates with optional upper computer software, offering curve display, data saving, parameter settings, and more. This provides comprehensive monitoring and control capabilities for oxygen concentration in various applications. Characterized by precise technical parameters, the analyzer operates on the zirconium dioxide test principle, featuring a 320×240 matrix dot color LCD for clear measurement visualization. The versatile test range spans from 0 to 10/100/1000ppm, 1.00%, and 25.00% O2, ensuring accurate measurements across diverse oxygen concentration levels. Impressive accuracy is maintained within ≤±1% FS for the 0 to 1000ppm, 1.00%, 10.00%, and 25.00% measurement ranges, while the resolution is a remarkable 0.1ppm. The analyzer exhibits swift responses with a T90 of 60 seconds or less.

Output options include a 4-20mA DC analog output for non-isolated operation and a 0-10V DC analog output. It also offers two-way programmable alarm outputs with a dry contact type. Supporting various interfaces such as RS232 (default), optional RS485, and Ethernet, the analyzer accommodates a wide power supply range from AC100 to 240V at 50/60Hz, ensuring compatibility in diverse settings. Operating in environments with humidity levels below 80%RH, the sample gas temperature range spans from -10 to +60°C. Sampling is performed through an extraction method, utilizing a mixture of N2 and inactive gases as the background gas. Physically, the analyzer is compact, measuring 180mm×266mm×305mm (H×W×D), with an installation hole cut for embedded installation. The flow range spans from 0 to 65m3/h, with flow statistics and protection valve flow ensuring precise oxygen concentration control in various applications.
