With a maximum limiting temperature of 1200℃, the furnace accommodates a broad spectrum of heat treatment processes, maintaining a working temperature below 1150℃. The adjustable heating rate, ranging from 0 to 20℃/min, caters to diverse thermal treatment requirements. The single heating zone, spanning a length of 400mm, ensures uniform heating. Users can customize the furnace with outer tube diameters ranging from 50mm to 100mm, tailoring it to specific experimental needs. The 1000mm furnace tube guarantees temperature accuracy within ±1℃, a critical factor for precise thermal treatments. Powered by a 2.5kW Fe-Cr-Al alloy heating element doped by Mo, the furnace offers programmable temperature control with 30 steps using PID control, ensuring precise thermal profiles.
The chamber, constructed from alumina fiber, enhances insulation properties, while integrated safety features, including over-temperature and over-current alarms, ensure secure and reliable operation. Operating at a standard voltage of 220V 50Hz, the furnace offers customization options to meet specific electrical requirements, cementing its position as a versatile and efficient solution for various research and industrial applications.
