User interaction is facilitated through an intuitive interface, offering the choice between an LED button controller or a 5” or 7” LCD touch panel. With a limiting temperature of 1200℃, the furnace demonstrates optimal functionality at temperatures of 1150℃ or below, providing flexibility in operation. The adjustable heating rate, ranging from 0 to 20℃/min, adds further adaptability to its capabilities.

 

Featuring a double heating zone with a total length of 200+200mm, this furnace accommodates various outer tube diameters, including 50mm, 60mm, 80mm, or 100mm, and a standardized tube length of 1000mm. Precise temperature control, with an accuracy of ±1℃, is achieved through separate controllers, each offering 30 programmable steps via PID automatic control. The heating element, a Fe-Cr-Al alloy modified with Mo, ensures reliable and efficient heating, complemented by the use of a K-type thermal couple. With a power rating of 2.5kW, the furnace incorporates safety features such as over-temperature and over-current alarms, prioritizing user safety. Operating at a standard working voltage of 220V and 50Hz, the furnace offers customization options to meet specific requirements.
