The Nitrogen/Oxygen analyzer is designed with key features that significantly enhance its functionality, providing versatility in applications through N2 and O2 display modes. Users can establish upper and lower alarm limits within the entire measurement range, enhancing control and safety. A standout capability lies in its ability to precisely measure oxygen concentration across a range from ppm to percentage levels through a single-point calibration in the air, simplifying the calibration process. The wide power supply range ensures stability by mitigating the influence of mains fluctuation.
For documentation convenience, the analyzer can be paired with an external printer, facilitating manual or automatic printing of test parameters for a comprehensive record of measurements. Its compact size and ease of maintenance make it a practical and efficient choice for oxygen and nitrogen analysis across various applications.
Operating on the zirconia test principle, the Nitrogen/Oxygen analyzer features a 5-bit LED display for clear visualization of measurements. Its versatile test range accommodates measurements of 10/100/1000ppm and 21.000% O2/N2, catering to diverse concentration levels. Accuracy is a notable strength, with deviations minimized to ≤±1.5% FS, and exceptional repeatability within ≤±1%. The analyzer exhibits rapid responses with a T90 of 30 seconds or less. Output options include a 4-20mA DC analog output for non-isolated operation and a programmable alarm output (dry contact type) supporting a maximum load of 220VAC/2A. Operating effectively in environments with humidity levels below 90%RH, the analyzer is powered by a wide-ranging power supply, accepting AC85~264V at 50/60Hz. With a sample gas temperature range from -10 to +50°C, the sampling mode utilizes a pass-in mechanism with a sample gas flow rate of 300 to 500ml/min. The background gas is a nitrogen and oxygen mixed gas.
Compact in size at 80mm×160mm×142mm (H×W×D), with an installation hole cut of 75mm×151mm (H×W), the analyzer boasts an impressively long service life exceeding 20,000 hours under normal use conditions. The gas cycle port, consisting of Φ6 plastic pipe inlet and outlet, provides flexibility in installation through frame mount or a retaining clamp carried by the oxygen sensor, defining the analyzer's capabilities for accurate nitrogen and oxygen analysis.
