Ni-Based Super-alloy High Pressure Hydro-thermal Reactor 1100℃-1100X-RC
Ni-Based Super-alloy High Pressure Hydro-thermal Reactor 1100℃-1100X-RC Application High Pressure Hydro-thermal Reactor is an ideal tool for preparing advanced material by the hydrothermal method, especially heat treat sample under high oxygen pressure.
Product Description
Breif Introduction RC-Ni is reactor made of Ni-Base Superalloy, which has excellent creep strength and anti-oxidation. It can reach 1100 °C with a pressure up to 4Mpa under oxygen or inert gas. A solenoid valve is installed on the flange allows auto-pressure relief control. Temp. Control and Pressure Real-time Monitoring controller is separately installed. The 1100X-RC is an advanced pressure vessel designed for high-temperature applications and controlled environments. It features a robust construction with a pressure vessel made of Ni-Based Superalloy, available in two optional configurations with capacities of 65 ml and 100 ml. The sealing flange is designed for air cooling, utilizing an aluminum heat radiator to maintain optimal operating conditions. This pressure vessel provides exceptional temperature control capabilities, with a heating range extending from room temperature (RT) to a maximum of 1100°C. The temperature control system is based on a PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) controller with 30 programmable segments, ensuring precise temperature regulation with an accuracy of ±1°C. The heating rate is limited to 10°C per minute. To monitor temperature accurately, the 1100X-RC is equipped with a K-type thermocouple. Additionally, it can handle varying working pressures depending on the temperature, with a maximum of 24 Mpa (3528 PSI) at 800°C, 14 Mpa (2116 PSI) at 900°C, 7 Mpa (1058 PSI) at 1000°C, and 4 Mpa (588 PSI) at 1100°C. The pressure vessel also incorporates a high-pressure sensor, which can measure pressures up to 250 bars, ensuring safe and controlled operation. It operates on a standard voltage of AC 220V at 50Hz. The 1100X-RC is a versatile and reliable tool for high-temperature experiments and applications that require precise pressure and temperature control in laboratory and research settings.
