The liquid supply device features a specialized scientific research syringe pump, ensuring a continuous and adjustable flow of liquid to accommodate diverse spinning solutions. The spinning head, with optional multiple nozzles and adjustable brackets, enables optimal spinning distances and non-woven fabric widths. Operating with a stable electric field in the range of 0-30kV, the high-voltage power supply ensures efficient electrospinning over the long term. The collecting system includes three sets of devices for different purposes: a set of six-sized mandrel collectors for electrospinning, a plate collector for nanofiber collection, and an XY-axis movable plate collector for film preparation. This holistic electrospinning solution surpasses traditional laboratory equipment in terms of integrity, control, and consistency, offering a safe, efficient, and highly integrated platform for spinning a variety of polymeric materials.

 

Technical specifications further enhance the machine's functionality. Operating on AC220V at 50Hz with a total power rating of 2.5KW, the high voltage power supply allows for precise adjustments, ranging from 0 to 30kV, with a maximum current capacity of 0.5mA. Infrared heating tubes ensure efficient heating, reaching substrate temperatures of up to 60℃ with a maximum power of 1000W. The syringe pump system accommodates various capacities, ranging from 2.5ml to 60ml, providing a versatile flow range to meet diverse application needs. The collector system, equipped with both mandrel and plate collectors, utilizes a brushless motor to control mandrel shaft speed, enhancing effectiveness in electrospinning and nanowire collection.
