Equipped with an exhaust fan for ventilation, the fume hood can optionally include a custom-sized duct for connection to an onsite exhaust system. An optional heater reaching temperatures up to 45℃, controlled by an independent PID controller, ensures precise temperature control. The fume hood features transparent side walls and a front door shield made of float glass for clear visibility of the spinning process. The tabletop, constructed from granite, facilitates easy cleaning. As additional accessories, the unit includes normal glass syringes, glass syringes with tube connectors, spare needles, and Teflon tubes. Optionally, a 10W 254nm UV curing lamp can be added to the rotating collector drum for the curing of spun fibers, with UV-reflective coatings on the chamber's glass surfaces and an ON/OFF switch for safety.
