Users benefit from a historical data storage function that allows for the local retrieval of historical data and curves, facilitating data analysis and reference.
The analyzer offers the flexibility to select an altitude module for accurate measurements, mitigating the impact of atmospheric pressure changes. Users can exclude the H2O and CO range sensor for specific applications, and each measuring medium corresponds to dedicated analog and alarm outputs, ensuring precise data transfer and real-time monitoring. With a built-in alarm buzzer and redundancy in alarm points for three different media, the analyzer prioritizes safety in operations. The zirconia sensor's ability to remain unconsumed when not energized contributes to its long lifespan and ease of maintenance.
Imported film capacitive sensors, known for their responsiveness and high sensitivity, enable accurate and rapid measurements. Operating without the need for a reference gas and exhibiting excellent selectivity for targeted gases, the analyzer remains unaffected by variations in the working environment's oxygen concentration, ensuring precision and reliability. Equipped with a 640 × 480 dot matrix LCD touch screen, the display mode offers an efficient and user-friendly interface for data visualization. The extensive measuring range includes oxygen concentration (10.00% to 99.99% O2), carbon monoxide concentration (0 to 10ppm CO), and dew point measurements (-80.0°C to +20.0°C in the basic type and -100°C to +20.0°C in the extended type). Impressive accuracy levels include ≤ ± 1% FS for oxygen concentration, ≤ ± 1% FS for carbon monoxide concentration, and ≤±1.2%FS for dew point measurements, with excellent repeatability at ≤±1%. Rapid response times further enhance efficiency, with T90 values of ≤ 15 seconds for oxygen concentration, ≤ 30 seconds for carbon monoxide, and ≤ 50 seconds for dew point measurements.
The analyzer's analog output includes a three-way 4-20mA DC (non-isolated output), and it provides a three-way programmable dry contact passive alarm output. Communication is facilitated through the RS232 (default) or RS485 interface. Optimized sample gas flow rates and pressure ranges accommodate various testing requirements. The straight-through type sampling method enhances efficiency, and the sensors boast remarkable service lives – over 5 years for the oxygen sensor, over 3 years for the carbon monoxide sensor, and more than 5 years for the dew point sensor under normal use conditions.
