Multi-channel heatable syringe pump is a multiple channel syringe pump with a digital control unit which is designed for ultrasonic spray coating. Two syringe's ejection rate can be controlled independently via included digital control box or a PC with included software.
Product Description
Our multi-channel heatable syringe pump offers versatile infusion speed adjustments tailored to various experimental requirements. It provides the flexibility to set different infusion speeds, accommodating diverse experimental needs. The system includes two 20 ml glass syringes for immediate use and operates on a single-phase 208-240VAC power input at 50/60Hz, consuming 100W. For 110VAC operation, users can opt for a suitable transformer.
Designed to work seamlessly with standard off-the-shelf syringes ranging from 10 to 60 ml, the pump is controlled through a standalone digital console. The console not only facilitates independent operation of the included syringes with distinct flow parameters but also boasts a built-in RS232 communication port. The provided software allows remote operation of the syringe pump via a PC. The pump's flow rate range spans from 2.757 μl/hr to 19.6 ml/min, ensuring precise dispensing accuracy of +/- 1%.
In addition to its infusion capabilities, the syringe pump features a heating function, enabling temperature control up to 60℃ through the digital console. The system incorporates a coil heater wrapped around the syringe body for efficient heating. It's important to note that, while versatile, this syringe pump is not suitable for high-voltage electrospinning applications.
