The VGB-11 is a triple stainless steel glove box designed for researchers in material science, chemistry, semiconductor, and related fields. It features a purification system with BASF antioxidant and UOP water adsorbent materials, ensuring a gas environment with water and oxygen concentrations below 1ppm. The glove box is equipped with a vapor pressure control system, purity control system, auto gas purity regeneration control, alarms, and data logging. It includes three sliding shelves for convenience and finds applications in nanomaterials, Li-ion battery materials, catalysts, and metallorganics research.
Product Description
The VGB-11 is a high-performance glove box with extensive specifications. It operates on 220V AC, 50/60Hz, single phase, and consumes up to 4KW of power. The glove box chamber is constructed from Stainless Steel 304 and measures 3600mm(L) x 800mm(W) x 930mm(H). It features 12mm thick double-layer laminated safety glass with corrosion protection film for safe operation. The chamber maintains low water and oxygen concentrations, with water concentration below 1 ppm and oxygen concentration below 1 ppm. The leak rate is less than 0.05 Vol% per hour. It includes an air-lock chamber with small tool chamber and operates with inert gases like N2, Ar, or He. The gas purification system automates regeneration, water, and oxygen removal. It has a robust Siemens PLC control system with a 6" touchscreen display, providing precise control over various parameters. The glove box is equipped with a heavy-duty double-stage rotary vane pump and a blower for gas exhaust. It features slidable shelves, built-in lighting, and comes with a pair of NORTH Butyl gloves for protection. The product dimensions are 4200mm(L) x 830mm(W) x 1830mm(H), and the shipping dimensions and weight are TBD. It also includes a universal terminal panel with various feedthroughs. The VGB-11 comes with a one-year limited warranty and lifetime support.
