Low temperature box hydrogen furnace
This product is a box-type furnace with a hydrogen atmosphere at 1200°C. The furnace chamber is a closed design, which can be vacuumed and filled with hydrogen and other gases. The furnace is a double-layer stainless steel structure, which guarantees vacuum and safety to the utmost extent, ensures that the positive pressure can reach 0.06MP, and the vacuum can reach -0.09MPa.
Product Description
the overall water cooling is cooled, and the shell temperature does not exceed 50℃ during heating to ensure safe operation. Built-in H2 combustion control system, that is, when the controller does not detect the flame in the burner, the gas delivery valve will automatically close. The furnace uses five-sided heating, and the temperature distribution in the furnace is the most even. This box furnace contains a temperature controller, which can realize proportional integral differential control and automatic adjustment functions. The temperature control accuracy is ±1℃, and it has built-in over-temperature alarm and thermocouple failure alarm. The M1200H-64IT boasts the following technical specifications. It operates on AC220V at a frequency of 50Hz and has a total power consumption of 10KW. This furnace model maintains an operating temperature of no more than 1200℃, and it is recommended to achieve a heating rate of 10℃ per minute. Temperature control is ensured using a B-type thermocouple. The furnace dimensions measure 400x400x400mm, with a total volume capacity of 64 liters and a maximum sample load capacity of 35kg. It offers a constant temperature zone with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃ in the central 250mm³ area and ±5℃ in the central 300mm³ area. The temperature control method involves PID automatic control of heating and cooling rates, as well as holding times. Additionally, it provides PID control over temperature protection and short-couple protection. The furnace is equipped with over-temperature protection and an alarm function, allowing for unattended operation. The temperature accuracy is ±1℃, representing the difference between the displayed temperature and the actual temperature. The heating element used in this furnace is a 1300℃ imported heating wire, and it includes a water chiller that can circulate at a rate of 16 liters per minute to ensure efficient cooling.
