The slit extrusion coater stands out with its versatile capabilities, allowing for continuous, intermittent, and various other coating patterns. Utilizing the slit extrusion coating method, this coater excels in delivering high coating accuracy and consistency. Notably, it features a 200mm wide slot extrusion coater head that ensures a minimum coating thickness of 5 microns, dependent on the liquid's viscosity. The coater is thoughtfully designed with two built-in micrometer heads, enabling precise modulation of the slit coater in conjunction with the substrate's interglandular base.
In terms of operational control, the coater boasts user-friendly PLC control and a seven-inch touch screen, streamlining the entire operation. The mechanical speed of the extrusion coating head allows for a broad range of movement speeds, from 0.1 micrometers per second to 1 meter per second. It excels in substrate tension control, ensuring stable movement with the added benefit of a deviation correction device. The vacuum substrate, constructed from an aluminum alloy with uniformly distributed pores, leverages an integrated vacuum pump to secure adhesion, resulting in impeccably smooth coating samples. The substrate size accommodated by the machine measures L550 x W240mm.
Adding to its capabilities, the coater integrates a hot air oven with upper and lower double-sided blowing for high-quality drying effects. The built-in heating element elevates the substrate's temperature to a maximum of 120°C, and the machine includes an oil-free vacuum pump with a capacity of 50 liters per minute. Moreover, it incorporates a single-channel injection pump capable of delivering a flow rate ranging from 0.001 microliters per minute to 43.349 milliliters per minute. This slit extrusion coater emerges as a versatile and precise solution for coating applications, combining advanced features with user-friendly controls for efficient and accurate operations.
