This chamber can handle a maximum positive pressure of 810 Torr (1.1 atm), and it's important to note that glove operation is not recommended at pressures exceeding this limit. The maximum achievable vacuum level is 0.5 Torr, with considerations for potential deformation of the stainless steel case at higher vacuum levels. The airlock chamber, equipped with air lifting capabilities, features dimensions of 360mm(ID) x 435mm(L) and can achieve a maximum vacuum level of 0.05 Torr. A transparent front panel, measuring 1040mm(L) x 405mm(W), is removable to facilitate the installation of devices and is made of 3mm thick plexiglass for visibility.
