This automatic coater utilizes a vacuum adsorption method to secure the substrate, eliminating wrinkles during the coating process and ensuring a uniform and smooth coating. The film width is easily controlled by the film-forming blade width, with a movable baffle allowing for precise adjustments. When the baffle aligns perfectly with the blade's side, the film width reaches its limit. Additionally, the film length is adaptable based on the blade stroke, with a maximum limit stroke of 550mm.
Designed for efficiency and flexibility, the Large Automatic Film Coating Machine operates at a 24VDC working voltage, complemented by a UL/CSA listed 100-240VAC IN - 24VDC OUT power adapter, providing versatile power options. With a maximum power consumption of 100W, the coater delivers efficient performance across various coating applications. Its variable traverse speed, adjustable from 5 to 100 mm/sec with an accuracy of 10mm/sec, ensures precise and adaptable coating processes. The stroke length can be modified as needed, ranging from 10mm to 550mm, thanks to the Adjustable Position Switch.
Accommodating maximum coating dimensions of 250mm in width and 550mm in length, this coater offers ample space for diverse coating needs. The vacuum chuck, constructed from reliable aluminum alloy with holes smaller than 1mm, ensures stability and reliability. Measuring 600mm in length, 300mm in width, and 20mm in height, the coater maintains a compact design. For precise coating thickness control, the machine includes a 250mm width Micrometer Adjustable Film Applicator, allowing users to adjust thickness from 0.01mm to 5mm. A traverse pusher is included to guarantee a consistent speed coating process. Notably, the coater achieves a minimum film thickness exceeding 10 microns.
