The FH-S150 high-pressure sintering furnace stands out with its advanced features geared towards enhancing functionality and user-friendliness. Programmed with PC and PID controls, this furnace ensures seamless operation for precise heat treatment processes. Prioritizing user safety, it integrates over-pressure and over-temperature protective mechanisms, adding an extra layer of security during operation. Specifically designed to accommodate process vessels made of Ni-based super-alloy with dimensions of 50mm inner diameter, 60mm outer diameter, and 1000mm length, this furnace employs a copper gasket for 60mm outer diameter tubes. Operating under varying pressures based on temperature, it reaches a maximum of 15 MPa at temperatures up to 800°C, 10 MPa at ≤900°C, 5 MPa at ≤1000°C, and 2.5 MPa at 1100°C, with strict adherence to these limits. The furnace is compatible with inert gases, oxygen, and similar gases. Operating at a maximum temperature of 1100°C for less than 1 hour or 1000°C for continuous use, it features a heating rate of ≤20°C/min, utilizing a resistance wire as the heating element within a single zone with a total length of 440mm. The constant temperature zone extends 150mm with a stability of ±1°C. Controlled by a PID method with over-temperature protection, the furnace's temperature control is facilitated through a touch screen controller with an LCD display. Monitoring temperature and pressure is achieved through a K-type thermocouple, with a pressure measurement range spanning from 0 to 15 MPa.
Ensuring safety, the furnace incorporates a pressure safety device, including a high-pressure sensor, a high-pressure solenoid valve controlled by a pressure monitor, an automatic gas release port, and a pressure transducer. A manual valve is provided for solenoid disconnection. PC-controlled for temperature and pressure, the furnace is also compatible with a brand-new laptop. The pressure alarm system with upper and lower limit controls features alarm strobes and warning whistles for added precaution. Standard accessories include a high-pressure super-alloy furnace tube, high-pressure sealing flanges, copper O-rings, screws, a high-pressure solenoid valve, pressure transducer, dust-free protective gloves, tube blocks, a furnace hook, a quartz boat, and spare parts. Operating on AC 220V 50/60Hz with a power rating of 4.5KW, the furnace is shipped with dimensions of 1120mm x 1120mm x 900mm and a total weight of approximately 210kg.
