The high-temperature, high-pressure sintering furnace, designed as a crucial tool for specialized ceramic material processing, primarily serves applications requiring elevated pressure conditions of approximately 20 MPa. This furnace plays a pivotal role in the heat treatment of specific functional ceramic powders and samples with particular density requirements. Its primary purpose is to facilitate high-pressure sintering processes, ensuring the effective and controlled processing of ceramic materials at elevated temperatures and pressures. The O1200S-HP is a high-performance laboratory tube furnace with specific technical parameters. It features an ultra-high-temperature alloy tube with a diameter of 50mm and a length of 650mm. The heating zone extends 200mm, with a constant heating segment of 100mm. This furnace employs a pressure flange sealing method, ensuring secure operation under high-pressure conditions.
