The T1700-50ITS is a laboratory corundum tube furnace designed to deliver precise high-temperature control for a range of applications. It features a user-friendly 7-inch LCD touch panel for easy operation. The furnace boasts a maximum limiting temperature of 1650℃ and can maintain a working temperature of up to 1600℃, offering a controlled environment for various high-temperature processes. The heating rate is variable, allowing for adjustments between 0 to 20℃ per minute. The heating zone is 170mm long, with an 80mm constant temperature zone, which plays a crucial role in maintaining temperature uniformity. The corundum tube has a diameter of OD50*1000mm, providing ample space for sample processing. With a temperature accuracy of ±1℃, the furnace ensures precise temperature control through its 30-step programmable PID system. Constructed with high-purity MoSi2 rod heating elements, the furnace can achieve and maintain high temperatures effectively. The alumina fiber chamber material, coupled with a double-layer structure and fan cooling, allows for efficient heat dissipation. Additionally, it features a stainless steel vacuum flange to create a sealed environment. The cooling process is facilitated by air-forced cooling. With a power supply of 2.5kW and operating at AC220V, 50Hz, this compact tube furnace is well-suited for laboratory applications requiring high-temperature capabilities and precise control. Its over-temperature and over-current alarms add an extra layer of safety to experiments and processes.
