T1400-50IT is a compact 50mm (2") tube furnace with SiC Rods heating elements. The temperature of the furnace is controlled by a 30 segment programmable high precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with the accuracy of +/-1℃. It is widely used in material & chemical labs to sinter all types of new material samples under vacuum or other gas conditions up to 1400℃.

 Product Description

The T1400-50IT is a high-temperature tube furnace designed for laboratory applications, featuring a reliable and precise temperature control system. With a 1400℃ maximum limiting temperature and the ability to maintain a working temperature of up to 1300℃, this furnace provides an ideal environment for various high-temperature processes. The heating rate can be adjusted within the range of 0 to 20℃ per minute. The furnace's heating zone extends 300mm, with a 150mm constant temperature zone ensuring temperature uniformity and stability. The quartz tube, measuring OD50*1000mm, provides ample space for sample processing, and other tube diameter options (60/80/100/120mm) are available. The temperature accuracy of ±1℃ is maintained through a 30-step programmable PID control system. Constructed with SiC rod heating elements, this furnace efficiently reaches and sustains high temperatures. The use of alumina fiber for the chamber material, combined with a double-layer structure and fan cooling, allows for effective heat dissipation. The furnace is equipped with a stainless steel vacuum flange for sealing purposes and utilizes air-forced cooling. Operated with a 2.5kW power supply at AC220V, 50Hz, the T1400-50IT provides a compact and reliable solution for laboratory applications that require precise high-temperature control. It also includes over-temperature and over-current alarms for added safety. The furnace offers researchers and scientists a dependable tool for high-temperature experiments and processes within a laboratory setting.
