Ion current oxygen monitor
Ion current oxygen monitor is widely used in the monitoring of oxygen content in hospitals, factories, hotels, schools, laboratories, cold storage and other environments. Ion current oxygen monitor a friendly man-machine dialogue menu, which is intuitive and convenient to operate. The sensor is not powered, does not consume, has a long service life, and is easy to maintain. Compared with electrochemical and ultrasonic, it has a long service life and fast response.
Product Description
The Ion Current Oxygen Monitor is characterized by its integrated and compact design, boasting a relatively small size. Its modular structure offers users the flexibility to select an altitude measurement module tailored to their specific requirements. Notably, this monitor distinguishes itself by its independence from reference gas, ensuring immunity to fluctuations in the oxygen concentration of the working environment. With extended calibration intervals, the monitor maintains exceptional precision, stability, and reliability in oxygen measurements. A built-in high-precision temperature automatic compensation system effectively mitigates the impact of varying ambient temperatures.
Covering a broad measurement range from 0 to 40.0% O2, the Ion Current Oxygen Monitor caters to diverse monitoring needs. Operating on the ion current measurement principle, it features a 128x64 dot matrix LCD display for clear visualization. With a measurement accuracy of less than ±1% FS and repeatability within ±1%, this monitor provides precise results. Its swift response time, with T90 equal to or less than 30 seconds, ensures timely and accurate measurements. The monitor offers a 4-20mA.DC analog output designed for non-isolated output with a load resistance less than 500 ohms. Additionally, it includes a programmable dry contact passive alarm output with a maximum capacity of 220VAC/2A.
Powered by a supply of 18 to 36V DC, requiring less than 5W, the Ion Current Oxygen Monitor operates within a sample gas temperature range of -10 to +50°C. It performs effectively under humidity levels of less than 80% RH and is compatible with free diffusion sampling methods. The monitor is suitable for sample gases without flammable or corrosive elements and dust amounts less than 1mg/Nm³. Physically, it boasts a compact design with dimensions of 80mm in height, 160mm in width, and 140mm in depth (H x W x D), ensuring convenient wall-mounted installation. With an extended service life exceeding five years under normal usage conditions, the monitor offers optional parameters for adjusting to atmospheric pressures ranging from 30 to 120KPa and withstanding ambient temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. Its adaptability extends to humidity levels from 0 to 100% RH, making it well-suited for various environmental conditions.
