 Product Description

This versatile hydrogen generator finds applications in Gas Chromatography (GC) for gas and carrier gas, as well as in Electron Capture Detector (ELCD) and Atomic Emission Detector (ED) for reaction gases. The MC-300 is distinguished by its exceptional features, including multiple alarms for overpressure, water shortage, and water accumulation, enhancing safety during operation. Operating the generator is straightforward, requiring a simple power-on to initiate hydrogen production, accommodating the needs of multiple gas chromatography sets.

Beyond its technical prowess, the MC-300 exhibits a compact design with dimensions of 420mm×227mm×352mm, making it a space-efficient solution for laboratories and industrial settings. With a power supply voltage of AC 220V at 50-60Hz, the generator adheres to water quality requirements, necessitating deionized water or secondary distilled water with a resistivity of at least 1MΩ. The product further incorporates a built-in 2L large-capacity water storage tank and utilizes a molecular sieve drying cylinder for prolonged and efficient hydrogen drying. Despite its robust performance, the MC-300 remains lightweight, weighing less than 15 kg, ensuring ease of handling and installation.
