This high-voltage electrospinning machine is for preparing ultra-fine fibers with the diameter of 20-1000nm by using a polymer solution or molten liquid in a strong electric field. The nanofiber has a high specific surface area, small diameter, and large porosity.

 Product Description

The versatility of the nanofiber electrospinning system lies in its compatibility with over 100 types of polymers, including proteins, collagens, and various organics like PEO, DNA, PAA, PLA, nylon, polyester, acryl resin, PVA, PS, PAN, peptides, and cellulose. Its essential components include a liquid supply device, high-voltage power supply, spinning nozzle, and collecting device. The liquid supply device is equipped with two advanced syringe pumps, ensuring a continuous and stable flow of liquid, with adjustable speeds catering to different spinning solutions.

 

The high-voltage power supply, a key element, sustains a stable electric field over an extended duration, with an electric field strength ranging from 0 to 30KV. The coaxial spinning nozzle, consisting of inner and outer layers with different diameters, facilitates the creation of diverse nanofiber structures, such as hollow-structured and shell-core nanofibers. It allows for the combination of polymers with distinct properties, enhancing the production of nanofibers with specialized characteristics. The support of the spinning nozzle is adjustable, enabling optimal spinning distance and diverse non-woven fabric widths. The collecting device typically includes a drum collector, and alternative plate collectors are available.

 

In terms of technical parameters, the system operates on AC220V at 50Hz, providing a stable output voltage ranging from 0 to 30KV. The heating system, utilizing infrared heating tubes, achieves a working temperature of up to 60℃. Two sets of syringe pumps offer precise control over the flow rate, accommodating various capacities. The drum collector, driven by a brushless motor, ensures effective fiber collection during electrospinning processes. Notably, a humidity monitor is integrated to monitor humidity levels, maintaining an optimal environment for the electrospinning process. This comprehensive system design ensures precise control, consistency, and efficiency across a spectrum of applications.
