The high-voltage electrospinning machine is a sophisticated system comprised of essential components, namely the liquid supply device, spinning head, high voltage power supply, and collecting device. The liquid supply device incorporates a precision syringe pump designed for scientific research, ensuring a continuous and stable flow of liquid with adjustable speeds to accommodate various spinning solutions. The spinning head, equipped with multiple optional nozzles, features an adjustable bracket to optimize spinning distance and produce non-woven fabric of varying widths.

 

A robust high-voltage power supply delivers a stable electric field with an adjustable strength ranging from 0 to 30kV, ensuring optimal conditions for the electrospinning process. The machine includes three distinct collecting devices, enhancing its versatility. These comprise a set of six mandrel collectors of different sizes, a plate collector designed for nanofiber collection, and a XY-axis movable plate collector for film preparation. This comprehensive setup surpasses traditional laboratory electrospinning equipment in terms of integrity, controllability, and consistency, providing a safe, efficient, and highly integrated solution. Temperature control is achieved through an infrared heating tube source, capable of reaching substrate temperatures up to 60℃, powered by a maximum of 1000W. The syringe pump accommodates syringe capacities ranging from 2.5ml to 60ml, providing a versatile flow range from 2.779μl/min to 72.24ml/min.

 

The collecting devices include a mandrel collector set with six different sizes, each driven by a brushless motor capable of rotating at speeds from 300 to 4000 rpm, catering to electrospinning requirements. A stainless steel plate collector measuring 320mm × 100mm × 2mm is designed for nanowire collection. Additionally, a Y-axis movable plate collector, constructed from stainless steel and measuring 300mm × 200mm × 5mm, facilitates precise film preparation, with its movement controlled through computer programming. This high-voltage electrospinning machine stands out for its versatility, technical capabilities, and applicability across diverse research and production domains.
