Our high-temperature aging room is characterized by a fresh and innovative design that exudes a high level of aesthetic appeal. The core of its functionality lies in the advanced System Extraction Technology Essence Design, which manifests in the Balanced Temperature and Humidity Control System (BTHC). The system employs PID-controlled SSR to ensure an equilibrium between the heating and humidification components, effectively preventing thermal apparent loss over extended periods of stable usage.

 

Incorporating cutting-edge technology, the chamber utilizes a full capillary, automatic load capacity adjustment system, offering enhanced stability and reliability compared to traditional expansion valve systems. This translates to precise temperature and humidity control, ensuring rapid and uniform temperature transitions. The environmental test chamber boasts an impressive temperature range from -70℃ to +100℃, with specific conditions of -70℃ when unloaded and -55℃ at the center point under load. Maintaining a tight temperature deviation of ±2℃ and uniformity within ≤2℃, the chamber limits temperature fluctuation to ±5℃.

 

With a voluminous 1m³ capacity and a chamber size of 1000mm x 1000mm x 1000mm, this chamber delivers efficient performance. Loaded with a 10KG aluminum ingot possessing a 200W caloric value, it achieves a heating rate of ≥1℃/min, enabling non-linear temperature changes from -55℃ to +85℃. Similarly, it provides a cooling rate of ≥0.5℃/min under the same load and conditions, facilitating non-linear temperature changes from +85℃ to -55℃ at a rate exceeding 1℃/min. This chamber is designed to meet the demands of users seeking both precision and efficiency in environmental testing scenarios, saving valuable time in the process.
