The door seal is made of refined silicone rubber, so that there is no aging and hardening phenomenon at high and low temperature, and the sealing is more reliable; The humidification method is isolated humidification. The refrigerating unit adopts French Taikang compressor and DuPont environmental refrigerant (R404a), which is convenient to use different compressors for work in different temperature domains. The heating and humidification system is completely independent, and the humidity is equipped with automatic water refill device.

The E702-10 model boasts an inner box size of 400/500/500mm, an outer stainless steel box size of 900/1085/1400mm, and a lacquered outer box size of 720/1420/1430mm. With a maximum power rating of 4.5 kW (for both inner and outer boxes) and a maximum current ranging from 25 A to 32 A, this model offers a compact yet powerful solution. The E702-150 model, featuring an inner box size of 500/600/500mm, outer stainless steel box size of 1000/1085/1400mm, and lacquered outer box size of 820/1420/1535mm, provides a higher power range, with a maximum of 6.5 kW and a maximum current of 40 A. For larger testing needs, the E702-225 model offers an inner box size of 500/600/750mm, an outer stainless steel box size of 1000/1180/1650mm, and a lacquered outer box size of 820/1520/1680mm. With a robust maximum power rating of 9.5 kW to 11.6 kW and a maximum current ranging from 25 A to 40 A, this model ensures versatility and performance.
Operating on an AC220/380V 50Hz power supply, the environmental testing chamber is designed to function seamlessly within a service ambient temperature range of +5℃ to +30℃, maintaining a relative humidity level not exceeding 85%, and atmospheric pressure between 86-406 kPa. The chamber's performance is exemplary, offering an expansive temperature range of -20℃ to +150℃, -40℃ to +150℃, and even -70℃ to +150℃, with temperature fluctuations kept within a minimal tolerance of ≤±0.5℃. Uniformity of temperature distribution is diligently maintained at ≤±2.0℃, while the deviation from the set temperature is limited to ≤±2.0℃. Rapid thermal changes are facilitated by a heating rate averaging from 1.5 to 5.0℃/min and a cooling rate averaging from 0.7 to 1.5℃/min.
The refrigeration system, featuring single-pole/two-stage refrigeration with high-quality compressors from Taikang of France and Bock of Germany, provides reliability and efficiency. The cooling mechanism offers flexibility with options for air or water-cooled systems. The environmental chamber is equipped with a user-friendly programmable true-color touch screen controller, ensuring precise temperature monitoring using platinum resistance (PT100) sensors. It relies on trusted electrical components, including Siemens AC contactors, Omron solid-state relays, and Delixi electric components, to guarantee reliable and precise environmental testing.
